The RX Elite Dip Horn is the perfect accessory for our 80 x 80 x 4 mm Elite Racks and Rigs. It is made of high-quality steel, very sturdy to support any bodyweight. Its design makes it perfect for adding a great variety of exercises like Pull Ups or Dips to our Racks or training stations.
The assembling system design to the Rack upright column is perfect and secure. It uses a 25 mm diameter pin that is inserted into the column's holes and securely fixed to it.
Its design with two angled grips makes it perfect for training and strengthening our upper body, especially the triceps and pectoral muscles with exercises like dips, as well as the back and biceps muscles if used for pull-ups.
