Our RX Elite 1.0 Multi Grip Barbell is our classic Swiss bar with multiple grip options for those athletes that looks to increase explosive strength while reducing shoulders and wrists strain. The design of our 1.0 bar includes three parallel grip handles, all with a medium-textured diamond knurling for a secure grip. It is the perfect tool for adding more dynamic training to your routine, allowing you to choose between the three grip options to widen or narrow the grip width, activating different muscle groups. This crossbar or Crossmember is composed of 80 x 80 x 4 mm square steel profile, with 10 mm thickness assembling base thickness, thickness specifications that can only be found in RX Competition.
In addition to being a structural upright for column attachment, this crossmember is a perfect accessory for adding functionality to the Power Rack, such as pull-up bars for chin-ups or muscle-ups, and round bars from end to end to create a Monkey Rack.
