Our Hand Grip 4.0 is the supine position with middle length grip of our 5 special grip handle series for two arm strength exercises. It is an ergonomically crafted grip fully adapted on the hand palm which allows a complete and firmly supine movement from the pulley to the chest, activating our Dorsal muscles.
This grip is entirely made of powder coated steel, a very solid, compacted and durable grip.
It includes a Ø12 mm hole ring at the top end that is used as pulley connector. This is a prefect grip for activating the intermediate and back area of our Dorsal muscles.
