The barbell has extremely tight tolerances, combining 8 high quality needle bearings (4 per sleeve) and two copper friction-welded sleeves providing a smooth and consistent roll to the barbell.
Each barbell is crafted with precision offering an Olympic medium diamond knurl texture for a firm lift grip. There is no center knurling to help protect your neck and chest from abrasions during Powerlifting and Bodybuilding executions.
