OLYMPIC Z CURL BARBELL

Our RX Olympic Z Curl Barbell couldn't be missing from our catalog, as it is perhaps the most commonly used barbell after the conventional Olympic barbell. This is the classic Z Curled barbell designed to strengthen the upper arm, specifically the Biceps and Triceps muscles. Its classic curved design allows for a firm grip throughout the entire execution of the Biceps Curl exercise, allowing the wrist to perform it in a comfortable position, reducing tension and injury risk.

The barbell steel has a chromed finish to increase its corrosion resistance. The loading sleeves are Ø50 mm Olympic, perfectly suitable for all Olympic loading discs. The bar is machined with two copper bushings to increase its performance, allowing for a smooth and free load rotation during trainings. The grip knurling is in medium diamond shape finished to allow for a firm and secure grip.
