Our RX Men Regular Hybrid Barbell is built according to the International Functional Fitness Federation (iF3) specifications.

This 20 kg men barbell is manufactured in a full hard chromed finish which protects the surface from corrosion.

This is the perfect budget hybrid multipurpose barbell suitable for Olympic lifts, as well as slower, heavier power lifts.

According to the tensile strength, this barbell offers a maximum 190.000 psi, which is more than enough for beginners and intermediate lifters.

The barbell has tight tolerances, combining 4 high quality needle bearings (2 per sleeve) and two copper friction-welded sleeves providing a smooth and consistent roll to the bar.

Each barbell is crafted with precision offering an Olympic medium diamond knurl texture for a firm lift grip. There is no center knurling to help protect your neck and chest from abrasions during Powerlifting and Bodybuilding executions.
