HEXAGONAL BARBELL

The RX Elite hexagonal barbell is our specific Olympic hex bar designed for core work. The hexagonal shape allows for multiple execution movements, including deadlifts, farmer walks, and jump squats. It is a perfect tool for beginners and advanced athletes in the rehabilitation process to focus on range of motion or gradually perform the deadlift technique with increased activation of the quadriceps muscles and reduced pressure on the shoulder girdle.

Our bar includes two types of parallel handles with a medium-textured diamond-type knurling, so the athlete can easily switch between the two types of handles by turning the bar over and allowing exercises such as the Press shoulder, the Floor Press push-ups, shoulder shrugs, or bilateral back rows.

The barbell's steel is finished with hardened chrome to further enhance its corrosion resistance. The loading sleeves are Olympic-sized in 50 mm diameter and 250 mm loadable length. The barbell is machined with two copper anti-friction bushings and eight needle bearings to enhance its performance and load capacity, ensuring smooth and unrestricted load rotation during exercises.
